Luliconazole 1% W/W
Lulican 1% W/W is a topical antifungal lotion containing luliconazole, used to treat fungal skin infections including tinea corporis, tinea cruris, and tinea pedis.
Luliconazole is an antifungal medication that works by blocking the production of ergosterol, a vital component of fungal cell membranes. By disrupting the integrity of the fungal cell membrane, it causes the fungal cells to leak and die. This lotion formulation allows the medicine to penetrate the affected skin area effectively, providing relief from fungal infections like athlete's foot, ringworm, and other dermatophyte infections. Regular application as directed helps eliminate the infection and prevent its spread to other areas of the skin.
Apply a thin layer of lotion to the affected area and surrounding skin 1–2 times daily. Gently massage until absorbed. Wash hands before and after use (unless treating hands).
