AVAGARD Handrub is an alcohol-based hand sanitizer formulation designed for effective hygiene and antimicrobial protection. It comes in a 500ml convenient retail pack suitable for personal and household use.
AVAGARD Handrub works by using a high concentration of alcohol to quickly kill bacteria, viruses, and other germs on your hands through a process called protein denaturation, which destroys microorganisms on contact. The emollients and humectants in the formula help protect your skin from drying out, which can happen with frequent hand sanitizing, by adding moisture and creating a protective barrier. This combination makes it effective for rapid hand disinfection while keeping your skin comfortable and healthy even with regular use.
Apply a sufficient quantity to dry hands and rub vigorously for 20-30 seconds until completely dry. No rinsing required.
Use a coin-sized amount and rub thoroughly between fingers, palms, and wrists for at least 20 seconds. Allow to air-dry completely. Not a substitute for handwashing with soap and water when hands are visibly soiled.
